Showing of 2009 Emmy Award Winning Documentary of the Missouri Press Association called “Trustees for the Public: 200 Years of Missouri Newspapers.”  Since the 1808 newspaper called the Missouri Gazette came out in St. Louis, the Show Me State has had more than 6,000 newspapers which have come and gone.  After the 59-minute screening there will be a question-and-answer period with producer Beth Pike, and Doug Crews and Mark Maassen of the Missouri Press Association.
