Steve Noll, Executive Director of the Jackson County Historical Society, will share a program about “Cowtown KC” based on Ed Matheny’s new book Cowtown. Topics will include the West Bottoms, the American Royal, Kemper Arena, Golden Ox, floods and stockyards.
